MVD Entertainment Group (MVD) and Big Daddy Music Distribution have entered into an agreement to merge their DVD and CD distribution businesses, operating under the name MVD Entertainment Group.

The Big Daddy Music Distribution facility in Kenilworth, NJ will be closed approximately sixty days after the transaction closes and operations will be turned over to the MVD facility in Oaks, PA. Burt Goldstein, founder of Big Daddy, will serve as VP Product Management of MVD Entertainment Group.

Effective April 7th, 2008, Big Daddy Music Distribution will no longer be the distributor for the following labels/titles on Schedule A. Please additionally find the Product Listings by affected Labels.

The new distributor will be MVD Entertainment Group (Music Video Distributors, Inc.) Please send all orders and return requests to the new distributor as of April 7th, 2008.

The new distributor assumes responsibility for all returns after the effective date.
